IFPRO operates as a federation of local and regional chapters — each representing a specific geographic area or market segment within the global tourism and hospitality industry.

Every chapter is autonomous in managing its local partnerships, deals, and member relations — while remaining connected under the global umbrella of IFPRO.

This structure allows for localized benefits with global strength.

Continental chapters

These represent the top-level regional organizations coordinating cooperation between countries.

 

Each continental chapter is responsible for developing inter-country deals.

Country chapters

Each country chapter focuses on national opportunities and partnerships:

 

Each national chapter works with domestic suppliers.

To stay close to members, some countries have smaller sub-chapters.

These chapters negotiate directly with regional tourism boards, maintenance companies, cleaning services, energy providers, and local banks.

Governance & Representation

Each chapter elects or appoints a Chapter Coordinator, responsible for:
